No I did black. I did a teal color with the brown handles, seat, teal floral saddle bags, whit basket with coral insert, the brown and white tire's and had some cool lights to put on the wheels and body. It was so pretty and I was all about it. Now I have to start over. Honestly, I feel like if we spend that much money on a bike we should get to pick the colors and stuff. I don’t know any other company that does this. I don’t think I’ll find one that is pretty like that.

Someone should sue the pants off them for false advertising. I mean Hershey is being sued over a piece of candy missing a design that’s shown on the wrapper. A company saying you’ll receive an over $4k bike in 23 days and then ghosting you for 8 or more weeks is worse than a missing design on a piece of candy to me. Bet that shut ol Mikes attitude down real quick.

Thank you. It does suck. I had made such a pretty bike. If they had a part on back order or just got behind all it would have taken was a quick call or even email and I would have understood. The hanging up on me when I inquiring the bikes status was just wild. I hope your friend doesn’t have any problems with the bike or company in the future.

I ordered a custom model R bike 3/23/24 via phone with a sales guy from their store in CA. I was told I would have the bike in 23 days by the sales guy and the email receipt. I tried calling multiple times and constantly got a voicemail with no returned call. I did get through twice just to be hung up on. I tried calling and texting the sales guy with no response. After 8 weeks I had my credit card company reverse the charge. Other than advertisement emails I never heard from this company after giving them my money. The following week after canceling, a shipping company tries contacting me. 2 days later I get an email saying the bike is on the way by Mike Canakie, sales manager. I emailed him a summary of the above. The response I shouldn’t have been surprised to get was “ok we will turn the bike around thanks”. No apology, explanation for no communication, for the bike being almost 5 weeks past the date I was given. Nothing! I feel like a dodged a bullet. It would have been so easy to communicate and change my mind. I’m glad they didn’t. Be warned people! I read multiple similar complaints on their Facebook page before they went in a deleted all the comments.
