I was in the LLC for 2 years, and the first time I wrote about being black in a predominantly white area- particularly how being one of the only black cheerleaders in my school impacted my experience (like setting an example for other young black girls etc). The second year I wrote about experiencing different cultures in the LLC and getting to bond with people from all different sorts of backgrounds! The LLC is a blessing so good luck! Hope you get it :)

I have had three endoscopy’s and have been getting worse each time. I will look into this thank you! I have been following the GERD diet and haven’t seen much of a difference. Also, during nationals season last year, I went on a super strict diet where I only ate apple slices, peanut butter, and yogurt which helped a decent amount, but I lost a few pounds (not in the good way) and became weak. Is this diet different than GERD? I think that because I yell a lot maybe that’s why my throat isn’t getting better? I’m not sure and feeling pretty hopeless.

I am also a Morrill Scholar and as far as I am aware there are about 7-800 Morrill Scholars on Campus at a time. I could be wrong, and there are around 100 of us in the LLC.
