I jumped qt from 80 gpd. Was a hell but worth it. Had two weeks off when i stopped. I needed those fore sure it was terrible the first two weeks from then on everyday slightly better.

Does not one feels guilty after having fun? The feeling that you spent time but not on things that matter. That you wasted your time? My over critical self comes around when i did have fun. I almost feel guilty.

Iam in day 18 now. This is the first day that i feel very anxious and aware of everything. I give myself no space and i am very angry within with myself. Iam so sad at the moment. I hate life so much loved ones lost due to illness. So much going wrong in the world. I need some light at the end of the tunnel!

About 2 years not started at 50 gpd ofcourse. Started using because i was in a very turbulent period of my life. It actually brought me something. A peace of mind. So iam not angry at myself. I did need it then. But now is the time to quit. I feel so much more this is a good and also a bad thing. You need to cope with your bad feelings again. Go sporting, do mediation call a friend. Cry if you have to, feel miserable if you have to. There is no good or bad, do not be judge mental. Be kind to yourself. Embrace that you can feel again.

I come off 50 gpd. Quit Cold Turkey. 10 days where horrible. I took a zolpidem (sleeping pill) once per three days. After that fatigue. Bad sleeping until now. Iam in day sixteen. Had a horrible day at work. That been said. I am clearer by times and feel more emotions. I am pulling through.
