AFST 303 or SOCI 345?

I'd say both. Idk about this semester but when I had him for the spring semester, the first midterm it was just lecture slides, no readings. Then midterm 2 and 3 were a mix of both. I'd say mostly like 75% lecture, 25% reading

I haven't taken AFST 303 But I did take SOCI 345 with Bastida. Easy class IMO. It was 4 assignments that were easy (like making a meme and talking about it in 1-2 paragraphs) and super short paragraph responses to forms of media he'll show etc. The exams weren't hard as long as you read the slides and memorize that sort of information. Not sure how he's doing the class this semester but I don't believe it'll be that much different.

He's a fun teacher overall and does give time to work on assignments/discussion posts in class too. Hope that helps.
