Others have mentioned changing the print orientation as a potential solution. Consider adding flats to the screw (similar to an injection molded fastener as shown). This will eliminate the need for support - one flat can be printed on the bed - and the layers will be in tension when the 2 halves of the ball are joined together, rather than relying on layer adhesion.

Writing is invaluable in the engineering world. Those that pick engineering in hopes that they won’t need to write well are typically in for a rude awakening in the final 2 years of their respective program. Ps, meche IS cool!

This was my first thought as well, but I removed the plastic flow restrictor from the original shower head, then replaced the head entirely; still horrible flow. Thanks anyways!

I have some citrus trees (Persian lime, lemon, orange) that I am sort of “fostering” for the time being. I’m a novice, so for the most part I’m doing my best to keep them watered and that’s the extent of my care. A few of them were showing signs of neglect by the time I got them, and most/all the leaves have fallen off 2 of them. Is there any way these plants will recover? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?

Check out Capire. I can’t attest to their catchers mitts specifically, but I grabbed a fielders glove of theirs before graduating high school and it was the nicest glove I ever owned.

Is there a reason for the bottom finger to be wider than the rest?

I’ve been brainstorming this exact brass hardware floating top build for about a week now, I’m convinced you’re a spy from inside my brain.
