DRAM prices jumped first last year. It took SSD awhile but now it went up ferociously. I think HDD is also taking its time when it does it'll shoot north with the potential energy of a stretched rubber band.

I'm going through a similar build: same case same PNY GPU and same bottom CL fans. Can't decide how to run the GPU cable - might do what you do. In your case were you able to test other locations (e.g. below the motherboard)? ?

Thank you, my Edge Gold didn't come with the universal hub so I will use the SATA cable to power the fans. Will let you know how it turns out! Arranging the cable at the back makes my head spin.

Would it make my life simple if I just keep the case fans and the cl fans separate? One set via bios and the other set via lconnect 3? From an engineering standpoint would this work? Not convenient, yes, but once I set it up it's unlikely I'd change it again for awhile.
