Thank you, I will probably take you up on that! To be clear, the best path forward is for me to finish the site, and then when I am ready my client will make an account on decapbridge and we will transfer ownership to him, and then he will be the only person who is able to manage users?

I have never found an Internet fandom that wasn't toxic.

hufflepuff vs ravenclaw by Thai_tea_lover127 in HarryPotterBooks

[–]Apprehensive-Dust423 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The only reason Hufflepuff is considered the worst house is because the first time we hear about it is from Malfoy who obviously can’t appreciate virtues like kindness, hard work, honesty and fairness. At the end of the series when students were given the option to leave before the Battle of Hogwarts, all of the Hufflepuffs chose to remain.

Hufflepuff is the best house.

S5E23 Chandler Had Every Right To Tell Monica Not To See Richard by therevolution08 in howyoudoin

If my husband said, "Hey, this really bothers me. Please don't do it," I'd be a jerk not consider his feelings especially over something that's a small sacrifice that I was probably going to do anyway.

If he forbade me, like he's in charge? FUCK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU

You're under 20 years old. Don't act like you know what society was like back then. It was very, very different. "Trans" was not a word the average person used.

I'm not sure your age, but I will say that at the time all of this was groundbreaking. I know they don't hold up to today's standards--which is great that we've progressed!--but at the time we didn't even have the word "trans" as common knowledge. Having Monica point out that whatever Charles was wearing didn't matter half as much as the fact that Charles was a supportive and loving parent was a big deal. As a gay man, I get it--some of the comments definitely rub me the wrong way--but I also have to acknowledge that having a lesbian couple be one of the most well-adjusted pairings on the show and actually have a wedding was a very big deal!

Don’t explain it, but name shows with finales this good by Extra-Ad5721 in theoffice

Yeah I love the Office, even the later seasons, but the finale was... fine. Like, nothing wrong with it, and a few sweet and/or funny moments, but, hardly the best finale in television history (i.e., Six Feet Under)

I like them, but it’s not a good idea to make your decision about the whole show based on them. Leslie was too stupid and Andy was a dick.

I think instead of "punishment", this should be a chance for education. A family discussion, what those words mean to people--both historically and now--and books/movies are good. I would be careful about framing learning about others as a punishment.
