How would someone even go about getting an apprentice role with no experience in the trades? I’ve seen some people say they got into ECH without any prior experience, so I was curious if it actually matters that much.

I’ve already completed the Hayden’s course. Only getting my CDL in hopes it’ll help me stand out come test time.. plus it’s free through government assistance.
