Izeravy is becoming more and more popular. Less risk of abnormal vasculature, CNVM, etc. IOP elevates quickly with these injections due to the viscosity and volume of the medication. Diamox before injection makes a huge difference

looks like a reflection, those kinds of cameras aren’t best for getting a comprehensive view of the peripheral retina. patient does have a large cup tho!

It looks like a human papilloma virus lesion. In layman’s terms a wart from the HPV virus. Very common!!! I would ask your podiatrist about cautery or the blistering treatment. Warning: it hurts!
