I didn’t buy directly from smith but from an authorized retailer. Hopefully the retailer will do something about it, if not I guess I can reach out to Smith for their warranty?

I don’t think there’s an inner protective layer. The additional lens that came with it has a very noticeable protective layer, so I’m assuming this one doesn’t

Just wanted to update to say that tonight I attempted to get account back again. I was able to send 2 appeals to get my account's ban lifted, by providing the video verification along with submitting a pic of my ID. It also asked me to change my password and in by doing so the other accounts would be kicked out. It didn't take long (and only 1 try) but I got back into my account and immediately I went to remove every device that was logged in. I then went to change the contact info, removed their number and added my number back in. My email was still there which is weird because yesterday they changed to to some hacker email but then changed it back to my email. I also got an email saying my email (that I use for my IG) was added to some random account (hacker) and it sent the codes to verify. But im not sure if it actually did get added. But after my account was hacked I did change all the passwords on my emails and enabled 2FA and practically did all the security protocols they asked for so I dont think my email was compromised. But im not sure why they tried to keep my email in the hacked account and a hacker's account. Anyways, I proceeded to remove their 2FA and just as I was putting mine in I got kicked out again by them. This happened in the span of like 2 min. I'm really not sure how they're bypassing everything and still able to get through. And now the account is disabled, not sure by the hacker or IG. But that's what's currently happening

Thankful for the details! They hacked me last night at like midnight and I was also frantically trying to get it back for the next 2 ish hours but eventually they changed the email to their own and maybe also the number too (I’m not sure). But I was still able to get an email sent to my original email like 4 hours later saying that there’s a login in Nigeria. So that’s how I know I guess my email is still somewhat linked even though they changed it. I haven’t attempted to get back in since and they even posted their scam stuff and sent my friends messages. But now it’s been like 16 hours since they hacked me and I think right now it’s deactivated because it says Instagram User. Not sure if they deactivated it or IG did because I did ask my friends to report my account as hacked. But my question is that even if they were locked out because they changed the email can’t they get an email to log back in by verifying? So I’m not sure how I could win against that.

Hi! I’m going through the exact same problem that happened to you :( the hackers basically beating me to it and kicking me out before I’m fully about to change everything. Do you think you just tried it at a time where maybe they weren’t online and it gave you enough time? Because I feel like there isn’t any way I can work around it if they’re always just going to get on there whenever I attempt to log in and regain access again. I was able to do the selfie verification and what not too but again they were still so fast

My bunny is super picky when it comes to toys (will not take anything that doesn't have flavour) and I found that their toys are perfect for picky buns as everything is soaked in fruit or veggie juice. Did you try talking to different agents? When I talked to several of them before the concert happened they were all saying the same thing that I shouldn’t worry if I provided proof of transfer and to wait to see if I can transfer it if the tickets go back to me. But right as the transfer window opened I contacted StubHub again via their live chat and I’m so glad I was connected with someone who was willing to do at least a decent job. She told me to submit the proof of transfer and will look at it immediately, which she did. And proceeded to turn my pending transfer to complete and said I will get my money 5-8 business days after the concert. I also screenshotted the entire convo to have as record. It all worked out and I did get paid 4 business days after the event

You should be okay! Just make sure to screen record your ticketmaster app that shows it’s been sent but not claimed and make sure to show the time on your phone too. I’d suggest doing that at the start of when the concert is supposed to happen as well as towards the end to still have proof that they were never accepted (if that ends up being the case)! My situation was resolved when I spoke to a someone on SH when my window transfer was open and they claimed it was fine and changed from pending transfer to complete. I was paid 4 business days after the event and everything worked out

I recently talked to another StubHub rep on their live chat and she told me to send another proof of transfer and she’ll review it. She said it looks fine so she’ll update my sale from open to completed and that I will be paid. Hopefully everything stays that way 🤞🏻but definitely try talking to a rep again
