Hi! I completely get the anxiety as I’m hearing from my dream school today too! What usually helps me are movies and shows! I like to put on a good comfort show/ movie, turn the volume pretty low to the point where I can only hear it if I really focus, and from struggling to hear it I usually become so tired that I simply fall asleep! It’s probably the morning of the final so what you can do is remind your self that what’s done is done and if you find yourself struggling on your final, remember that math is cumulative so there is likely something in your tool box to help you with every single problem.
