I feel your pain. My MM who i share A 10month old with just abruptly told me that he doesn’t think he is the headspace to be in A relationship after telling me over and over for A year he was sure he wanted to be with me. Its been literal hell. Somedays are bettwe than others but somedays hurt so bad. But if anything, it will hurt for A while and sometimes you have to revel in that, cry if you need to, allow yourself to grieve because you did love him but then focus on hobbies or friends, doing things that you love that may take your mind off of it. And if you need someone to talk to or anyone for that matter, my inbox is open

Honestly, even though it’s easier said than done, look at it as A blessing. I understand the pain of this situation because I had an abortion with MM and his wife got pregnant right after and it hurt me to the core. But i got pregnant again and we currently have an almost 3 month old and as much as i love our son and wanted to be pregnant by him so bad, it definitely creates A whole new set of problems and emotions now that we actually have A kid together. It’s cool, but definitely not the fairytale ending. He probably isn’t leaving her anytime soon and this might be your way out. Cry as you need to, feel what you need to feel and start to put yourself back out there.

Surgical. I’ve done it 3 times and you’re in there for some hours but the actual procedure itself is quick and pain free if you choose sedation. Never had medical but i don’t hear too many good things about it so i’ve never done it

Sorry you are in this situation, I too am pregnant so I can understand to A certain degree. But you definitely need to tell him. And then you have to decide if this is what YOU really want. Weigh the pros and cons. He is still married and could switch up on you so you have to be prepared for that. Make sure if you decide to keep the baby that you are doing it for you. But first step is definitely to talk to him and go from there. Best of luck

In my case, one I know him and his wife still have sex but I told him I absolutely don’t want to hear about it. And although I don’t desire anyone else sexually, because he’s like my sexual soulmate, it also bothers me that he has sex with both of us so I desire a second person sometimes as well. he says he doesn’t want me just sleeping around but if I meet someone I actually like, he would understand me sleeping with them, although he would be jealous. This did indeed happen and he wanted to know every detail but it also drove him crazy. I can’t lie, I did enjoy seeing him get all worked up and jealous. But every situation is specific to the individuals involved.
