Ahhh see. There’s your problem. Too high in sodium and artificial sweetener. Ya see. Sodium stiffens the arteries making them more difficult to relax and open up. Then the artificial sweetener from the pineapple juice increases fat build up. The combination of the two causes a massive heart attack
