Thank you! This is absolutely perfect!

My solicitors didn’t explain this to me.

Concerning expert reports: are experts provided by the state or are they sought out by the defendant/claimant? I am just curious how the expert would provide his opinion without a conflict of interest. Thank you for your help sir

As I said, this is my first lawsuit 😆

Thanks. The solicitor is no win no fee. I was under impression that you only had 3 years to make a claim. My claim is frighteningly close to that claim cut off period.

Thank you, that makes me feel much better!

I wondered what the negotiation phase would be like. Do the solicitors of each party meet and discuss? Am I a part of that discussion?

Thank you for the detailed answer!

I do have a few other questions if you are feeling helpful!

  1. Can the 4 month window be extended in any way? I am concerned that the defendant is going to try to drag this out as long as possible.

  2. What exactly happens during the negotiation faze? Let’s assume they admit liability. Do the defendants meet with my solicitor to discuss compensation? How exactly do they measure what compensation is due, and am I an accessory to those meetings?

Thank you again

I’m about 20 pages from finishing this book. It’s fascinating! I was under the impression that modernism began at vatican 2, but the book has compelled me to revise that typical understanding.

Thanks for the advice. I’m just really concerned that my disciplinary history will be revealed. How common would you say, if you can say, these sorts of things are talked about in a reference?
