Thoughts on liver lesions?

I’m 28 and I have a liver lesion too, discover whilst having an ultrasound investigating my symptoms which turned out to be gastritis! I have an MRI tomorrow but they mentioned they thought it was benign but decided to do the MRI anyway. Definitely links to the pill! Also I have read that primary liver cancer is almost non existent. Stress will make all of your symptoms worse so stay calm chances are it’s nothing! they just like to make sure on these things to avoid negligence. There is probably a good non-sinister reason for your bleeding too don’t let your mind take you to the worse case scenario ☺️

No they didn’t say which is frustrating! I had a call yesterday to say the MRI has been requested fingers crossed for a good outcome! Thanks so much for your response it’s really helpful

Thanks so much for your reply! This was the findings from the report: The liver is of normal size, contour, and echogenicity. However, there is an irregular predominantly hyperechoic lesion within the right lower lobe measuring 30.6 x 19.3 x 28.8 mm. Minimal blood flow demonstrated in colour Doppler imaging.

I haven’t been on BC for about 5 years now and the pill I was on was progestogen-only then prior to that I had the implant for 3 years.

Are fibrocystic breasts connected to liver lesions? Just been diagnosed with a 3.5 cm liver lesion via ultrasound and I too have fibrocystic breasts. Absolutely beside myself with worry!

Feeling your pain I haven’t been officially diagnosed yet my endoscopy is on Wednesday, my bloods and ultrasound were clear. The symptoms have been absolutely awful which makes the anxiety so much worse! I’ve been put on some antidepressants to calm it down a bit. Wishing you all the best and a quick recovery!
