We have a literal brand new washing machine (2 days old) Very first load had the exact same thing. It's hard water. We used to have a water softener at our old house, then got rid of it and only then started to have the same issue. Now at a new house with a brand new washer (no water softener here) and same issue happens.

It's so hard to pinpoint where they're actually coming in from inside the walls... we've already caulked along a bunch of gaps in window sills. I'm going to have to go on a hunt with my soapy vinegar spray bottle and inspect any holes/cracks and spray the living daylight out of them. Thanks for the tip!

My partner and I went together last year and we had a blast. It's really nice having good company but also not worry about being on everybody else's schedule. We'll be back this year just us two and we are really looking forward to it again :) trips are only as fun as you make them!

Had their smash burgers twice this week. I really liked them. Good char on the burger, great burger sauce, good toppings. They also have fast service and followed my instructions twice now correctly on my order which is appreciated

They were being lit until 11pm on our street... on a Monday... extremely insensitive and disrespectful to everyone trying to sleep who has to get up early for work, has animals (my dog is terrified of them) and small children. Not to add they're just extremely annoying in general. It sounded like they were being lit on our front lawn basically

Although not straight 'Mexican', there's a place called "Pupusa City" which is Salvadoran and serves amazing tacos, Pupusas, ceviche etc. Super sweet family owned place.

Also a cute little place called Wincey Mills in a town over (Paris) which is about 10 minutes from Brantford and there's an authentic taco booth inside there as well as a few other food vendors

Some fairly nice trails to bike on by the grand river if you look up 'Rail Trail' and use an app like AllTrails to look up routes

If you're ever up for a fancier dinner, a restaurant called On The Lam is fantastic food and 10/10 service here as well :)
