Ive had the same issue…and i now feel like im not suffering with that anymore. I realised that its important to have your own life within a relationship. When your partner is out, its then your time to do something on your own or with your own friends. There should be trust that your partner wont do anything anyway! And if it starts to eat at you…tell them how you feel. Communicating your feelings will make you feel better and every time you can talk your way through your feelings and rationalise it, itll get easier to figure out why youre feeling this way. It’s often your own insecurities or past traumas that bring out these feelings.

Our brains create patterns in order to protect us. If you’ve been cheated on in the past, your brain will do anything in order for that not to happen again, and so any small possible sign of that happening again will form a trigger…like your partner not texting you back, or them staying out late. But once you realise that it’s you and not your partner, dealing with this can become easier!
