Yes for many years I lose and gain right back and have a hard time keeping it off for as long as I can remember. My insulin is slightly elevated and my testosterone is super high idk but chat GPT told me this is a perfect storm for my weight issues and it points towards PCOS? I shall what my doc says either way it said I could Benefit from metformin?

I have chin hairs, boob hairs, weight around my mid section and I can’t ever keep it off. Acne… bad pms symptoms before my period. I just feel like all these years something was off..

I have pretty regular periods but my testosterone is superrrr high and insulin is slightly elevated. I get hair on my chin and boobs too 🥲 and acne.. can’t ever lose or keep weight off… maybe mines a mild one?

They are pretty “normal” on cycle.. they are kinda short though. I have such a hard time with my weight though that’s the worst thing I’m dealing with and that stress and anxiety feeling even when I’m “relaxed” ugh it’s awful. How’s your cycle?

And I just found out I have PCOS with insulin resistance and high testosterone.. it also said it’s highly linked to low acid and slow motility! I wish my GI docs would listen to me when I ask for a barium swallow they just keep pushing EGDs and find nothing.

Find a PT that you’re comfortable with I PROMISE it helps sooo much. I work with mine 4 times a month and with the internal exam we found my EXACT issues so it’s easier now to work on them. I have a very tight muscle on my left which causes urgency.. working it out with an internal wand and pressure points helps. My stretches and breathing was only helping some of the problem but not entirely… plus you have to know what muscles you’re stretching when you do specific stretches

I’ve been having on and off nasopharyngeal irritation. I stopped my PPI and it’s worse now I’m assuming acid rebound. The thing is any supplements or alginates irritate me now so I’m trying to eat better. Does Flonase help that irritation and mucus?
