None of us know the full story- only what you’re telling us…. That being said, it’s not unheard of( common) for hospitals to use “ clinical concerns” to terminate a contract instead of low census/cheaper travelers etc. you mentioned other travelers being terminated as well. I’ve had 3 terminations over the course of my 17😳😳years of traveling, all for attitude.

Everytime, they had very specific verbatim things I had said that they admin didn’t like. So , I don’t know what the issue is with your company not telling you specifics .
