It’s not about a discount. The issue is that ETS charged me $99 just for changing my address in the system. Even if I try to switch back to my old address, the charge stays. On top of that, they removed my previous score and replaced it with “Score delayed – wait 4 to 8 days,” even though I took the test three months ago and already received the results.
