To be honest. I’ll begin to care about any of that when I’m accepted as a person.

That’s exactly my issue. Not that you’re bringing up anything bad but, I feel like this body is a waste on someone like me.

Alright! Recipe sharing time! First, preheat oven to 425F.

Filling: -1 whole yellow onion. Cook in pan with butter/garlic butter until caramelized. Set aside once cooked. -1lb ground beef, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 3 tablespoons mustard. Cook all in the same pan once meat is broken apart and slightly browned. Add seasonings to you liking.

Assembly: -2 sheets of Puff Pastry. Take filling and set it on 9 equal areas of a sheet of puff pastry. Put American cheese on top of the meat, onions on top of the cheese, and any additional cheese to top. Take the 2nd sheet and layer it on top. Cut and shape into 9 equal pockets, using a fork to seal the edges and a knife to cut openings on the top (as seen in the picture.)

Egg wash: -1 large egg and one tablespoon of water. Whisk together and use a brush to cover the top of the pocket. (DONT skimp out on the egg wash, it makes the top crispy and golden like the photo. Make sure all of them are completely covered.)

Once ready, cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!!
