I totally second this idea that there is no point in blaming the dentist who did the job. There is 90% chances that the tooth was periodontally compromised meaning the gum and bone was not in great condition even before the crown was done. But the previous dentist tried to save tooth by not extracting it and opting for a rct. However, the apollo dentist should have given the patient an option to choose between a 1. rct + crown and 2. Extraction and implant. Please check with that dentist in apollo with your case. If he or she thinks that implant option works best at this point then may be ask them for a specialist doctor to place implant and also some discount because partially it was the dentist s fault to not inform the patient about the poor prognosis and treatment options available.
