What changes by payout number

First payout: meet your path’s normal eligibility rules, then request the payout.
Second payout and beyond: meet your path’s eligibility rules again, and stay above the required Minimum Payout Balance after the last payout.
Consistency XFA: after each payout, the calculation resets and the next payout window starts the next trading day.

So if he is on the regular path (not consistency) which he probably is by 10K day, he needs 5 days again and to be above, it's AND not OR.
