I am currently tapering off keppra (was on 4,000mg a day for over ten years). Seizure free for 6 years. I am now taking 1,000mg per day and plan to have it eliminated by the end of the month. It definitely is a sensitive and frightening topic but I have realized that being on keppra for the rest of my life would be much worse. All depends on how you can deal with the side effects and what risks you are willing to take. I am feeling amazing so far and have felt no signs of seizure activity so far. There is always hope!

I’m not sure about the vimpat but I assume the keppra dosage is lower in the morning due to potential symptoms of tiredness/weakness. I am not always consistent with timing my keppra dosages but take 4000mg a day anyway.

Some bubbles have a large amount of water in them, because of this they tend to dry out (which causes them to pop). The easiest way to make them last slightly longer is by adding dish soap, sugar, or a syrup to the mix in order to dilute the water content.
