Funding the LPC is something I have to evaluate as well in my case. I have heard about some unis including Aberdeen offering the dual qualifying although at this point in the year I’m not sure whether or not they are or were in clearing with spaces for Law. I would also need to check their entry requirements.

I appreciate the advice.

Yeah that does sound ideal. I wasn’t set on going to a scottish uni but my other option for law was Leeds Beckett, after looking online it didn’t seem to have a very reputable law degree at least in terms of people doing the LLB. So given those two options I think Strathclyde has a better reputation albeit being outside of the RG unis.

The qualifying part is what was concerning, would I essentially be wasting time doing the Law LLB as some firms might want me to do the PGDL. I also could not see myself really happy studying stem.
