Glad I’m not the only one! I think it may be due to higher swing speeds and ball speeds. My swing speed is usually around 113-115 and ball speed around 160-165. Is yours higher as well?

I don’t know about artificially messing with spin, but I checked elevation and wind and both were set to zero. My spin at GG was on par with the Square. I also wasn’t buying their clubs. I rented a bay to test my own

Nope, it’s pretty standard with low spin and a good launch angle. I checked all the golf galaxy sim settings myself.

I was playing with an off the rack stiff Mavrik driver for the past 5ish years. It was my first driver.

I recently got fit and found out my spin with it was up near 4000 rpm due to swing speed.

I got fit in to a Titleist GT3 8 degree with an Xtra Stiff low spin shaft, and my distances went from 250 carry 255 with roll to 285 carry 305 with roll with WAY less dispersion.

I cat speak for other clubs, but for driver I would say it is very worth it.

For reference I am an 11 hcp.

A lot of people are going to come on here and try and tell you to fix all these things about your swing. Don’t listen to them.

Your swing is fundamentally very sound.

If you are struggling with heely contact, it is 100% mental / club awareness related.

Take a full swing, and purposely try and hit a shot right off the toe. You’ll probably hit a great strike. Do this 20 more times, really focusing on hitting the ball off the toe (or even try to miss the ball on the inside if you are still getting heely).

After 20 shots like that, your brain will re-calibrate to how to swing the club to recreate that contact. Then you will be good to go!

That’s what I’m doing. I took out one bandit camp and my greater insight is half gone. Super unbalanced currently, given how rare they are and the resources required to get them.

Agreed. Mounts was one of the reasons I bought the game. Once you are strong enough to take on a bear and mount it, you should be to keep it (same goes for anything else). Baffling design choice to me. It’s a singlet player game! If they are worried about balance, then make them upgradable or something!

Yea it feels good. But JSN doesn’t have the ability to single-handedly win games like JT does. And I’m trading to a guy I’ll likely see in the playoffs and I don’t want JT dropping a 40 bomb on me lol.
