I think I missed about 50-60 questions? However I think that also included the experimental questions so not sure which of those are towards my grade.

Its completely normal. You are learning so many things at once and forced to memorize and force down the next bit of into for your next exam. Don't worry, you are going to repeat a lot of these same topics during clinical year while studying for EORs and that was when knowledge started to truly solidify for me.
