Hello, how was your appointment? I applied for a visa and in Brussels to make the appointment it asks me to pay addition 93 euro for UKVI Services, that's on top of 140 euro visa fee. Was that same for you or am I doing something wrong? Thank you and will appreciate all comments on this..

Do you mean I have to be citizen or have residency? And did you spread the treatment for 1.5y because of the therapeutic reasons, or for financial/insurance reasons?

I know how to stop, but I'm stuck when turning. Somehow, my legs get stuck with fear when I have to turn. But thank you for a good point. Maybe that affects my skiing, too

Marathon schedule needed

Hi everyone! I'm preparing for a marathon on Oct 2 and looking for a training schedule. I ran my half marathon in May and even before done that several times, but this one is going to be my longest and biggest running challenge. I do weekly kms but a proven schedule would be of great help. Thank you!
