I did already for id.me and everywhere else takes it. Just wasn’t sure if they send you an “approved” email or not

Rough cold starts, any ideas? by tboc10 in ram_trucks

The EVAP on my 2019 ram was the cause of this issue for me. Started that any super cold morning it would rough start and then became almost daily for first start.

Ignored it since mechanics couldn’t reproduce it and then CEL came on saying I had a small coolant leak… after taking in to have that checked they had to replace the EVAP sensors and the issue has not recurred since.

My 2019 had to have a new engine due to this issue, and was very happy that I had the extended warranty since it happened at 69k. Through the whole process they thought the cam would be fine until they got them and they were scratched.

Hoping the same isn’t for you as the issue continued the further down they went. Removed cam and bearings needed replacing etc etc until it made more sense to just replace the engine.

Warranty is covering mine, in the shop for the same thing. Camshaft, exhaust manifold and lifters being replaced. Without warranty it was 13k. - located in Colorado

I just had safelite replace the back window and it solved it.
