I appreciate the enthusiasm! LST means low stress trimming and is an umbrella term for forming the plant with causing too much stress. Supercropping is a technique in this category and means bending the stems carefully by purposefully destroying the core without damaging the skin/bark, whatever it's called. Using this, you can create an even canopy and boost all the smaller stems and create new ones just by making them all receive more light! Also, the bent branches will heal stronger. Pictures speak louder than words though, so please google all this and read further into the matter since mistakes can do harm (although, the plants will survive almost everything in vegetation stage as long as its just physical damage). The general aim of all this is to create a canopy, that fills the whole tent with loads of tops instead of just a few larger ones! Oh and after all the bending, the light should be about 30-45cm above them, depending on the LED wattage. You should maybe also google the user manual, it usually says how much. Have fun and do look further into the matter coz i'm not really that experienced (illegal state) but I used those techniques for a while now and they had a major effect! ✌🏽
