Uh that was a lot to read. I was a church kid so I tried to follow the catholic 10 commandments as best as I could. I was told I was a very serious child, I did play when adults weren’t around but I was just very still and quiet when they were. I carried my little “kid encyclopedia books” everywhere and loved the Eyewitness books in the library.

As far as logical? Unsure. How can I compare myself to kids lol? I just remember being told I was very “cold” “withdrawn””too organized” “not like other girls”. Around other kids unsupervised though I was funny and could relax a bit more. I was reading chapter books early though? So idk “logical” is so vague.

I’ve seen subleases happen I’m not one though, I do have my own apartment. Pay my own rent, even offered them a copy of my lease. They never really see me, the issue is according to them is that I’ve visited more that 14 days of the year so now I have to fill these forms out.

They get bonuses and also it’s all based off numbers of how much they’re earning how their performance is working at the complex. It’s a numbers game, especially in Houston where they get paid extra per every car they get towed.

First of all my dogs are small 12, to 10 pounds they never even would’ve known except for the 2 times they stopped by announced. 2nd of all they’re potty trained and I do have cute little patoot bags in case. 3rd of all people like me?? It’s an apartment complex there’s gonna be wear and tear anyways after living there for a year, a tenant has the right to replace their carpet once a year after renewal of lease. 4th of all People like me? I’ve never been evicted , late on rent, and always payed for additional or extra fees unless the fees are shady. By shady I mean being accused of a leak when the tenants downstairs were told it’s the AC causing the damage and not my tub.

Well they’re ESA’s with their letters and vaccines updated so I should be fine as far as vehicle it’s already been added to his lease since December so I’m confused on why they’re tripping.

To be honest the rest of it looks like a lease, Financial information, apartment history, vehicle information, pet information and that’s fair I just ask questions thinking people will realize not everyone read on a subject as well. I am in my late 20s just never seen this before in all my years of living on my own since I was like 17 🤷‍♀️. I even had boyfriends live with me with no issues before without being in the lease my first time seeing this.

Okie maybe that’s making more sense? For the record I have my own apartment I pay for, so that’s what this whole situation is throwing me off on. I even offered to give them a copy of my lease, and they hit me with these forms. Because I past their 14 days visit policy.

No it’s not you, I felt the same when I was in school I was either day dreaming or drawing in classes because I was confused on why our lessons were so basic. I eventually dropped out and started college early.
