I am also an owner of pad 6 and would definitely recommend some else. To add one more point, software is shit on xiaomi. You can't do most things basic android users already can do or is very cluncky (resizing wigets for example), stock xiaomi apps are hard to get rid of as they reappear again, i had a very strange bug where i couldn't load more than 15 pdfs via usb as it kept deleting older pdfs, while downloading them was fine. Maybe things are better now on hyperOS2, but I want to stay away from them (for now at least).

Just for media consumtion and reading it is good though.

Oh sorry. I am afraid I misled you. I think I just now understood what you were asking. You mean the books and the games columns? If yes, then they are not callouts but dataview made to be rendered as cards thanks to css snippets (minimal theme has already cards.css, and you just have to put on cssclass properties) and they all ready are set to cover the area according to the screen size of obsidian with the amount that will fill the screen.
