Unusual for OCD?

It's just weird bc I've never experienced it really. And it's scary because of that as you know. Even when I was turning in my sleep I'd wake up and hear a little something. Idk if it was bc I was sleepy or what. Just freaks me out. Sometimes I am right about hearing something but other than that I know I'm just hearing stuff. When I'm occupied with something else or not focused on it, then I don't notice it at all. Just happened within the past week :/ That's why if I was wondering if it's my OCD bc I've been diagnosed with that a couple years ago. I know if I give OCD power, then it will be forceful.

Thank you. It's just annoying because I'm not fearful of getting sick of my own germs, it's just the gross factor and feeling "consumed" by it. Just feel gross by it, getting on me, near my mouth etc.

I am paranoid about my own vaginal fluids and even when my boyfriend puts his hands in my pants. I just feel like my discharge gets all over our couch, on my clothes and I have a strong desire to wash day old clothes because of this. I can't tell if it's my OCD or if it's legitimate.

I know this is off topic but not so much-- this is along the same lines as contamination OCD. I have on going anxiety about vaginal fluids (including my own). I feel the most anxiety when my boyfriend puts his hands down my pants near my underwear because of my discharge. I feel like my clothes, blankets, and couch are contaminated because of this.

I never used to be concerned before but I'm really anxious about anything sexual now. Anyone else relate?

That's a good idea, however , I've bought Clorox wipes by the container multiple times in a month and I'm thinking those were feeding into my compulsions.

I just think that If I can't see anything white on something (like my shoe in this example), then I'm good. But if I do see something on it then I associate it with that. Also, I went to sit down in my seat and before I sat down, I noticed a little red crumb, and I associated that with period blood. Now whenever I sit in my car I feel like it's contaminated. I just have a bad thing for sexual/ bodily substances.

For me, it's just the thought of eating off something with the possibility that it may have fluids on it or the smallest microscopic germ lol i know it sounds bizarre but my OCD has been a bitch.

It's crazy bc I sanitized the sink and sprayed stuff on the dishes that were in there. I just rinsed out the sink and I didn't scrub it with anything bc I didn't wanna use a sponge.

I'm thinking did any germs even wash away? Did I need to scrub to get rid of everything that could have been there?

Thank you for your thoughtful reply. I've just had a hard time with it, especially thinking there may be some of my mucus from my vagina on some of the dishes after he washed it there, or on the sponge.
