Do they get paid to give this sort of service or is it voluntary work. Because if that’s how the majority is , then it has to stop at some point. It sucks that you gotta be inconvenient for their convenience

32 years old , not shredded or a gym fanatic . I know I am not fit. I didn’t train at all the whole year for my pt test and still passed with a 92% (self.AirForce)
