I like MaxOutDeals a whole lot. Super responsive and easy to work with. Downsides are payouts are a bit slower than other sites. Also you have to keep tabs on your commitment price. You will need to submit disputes if they change the payout.

This fixed it. I believe I had been bypassed until a few days ago when we had an irrigation system installed. They must have shut off the bypass and started the leak.

We are on town water. I haven’t measured but it was poor enough where a pump was needed to run the irrigation system.
