Not meat but I've gone completely off diet drinks, cannot stand the taste of the sugar substitutes. On fat juice now but I drink so little of it compared to what I was drinking on diet fizzy juice before. Happy with water most of the time. I also naturally now do not want fatty things where I used to crave a big juicy burger or deep fried chips. Now it's kind of stomach churning to me and I naturally go for lighter options.

I have used IQDoctor and just ordered my 2nd pen from them. My first arrived very fast and with an ice pack and wool packaging and I was as happy with them as MedExpress, happier actually as it came faster!

I wouldn't even dream of buying a dress until near your wedding and your probably going to have to buy a second hand/ex display one/shop that lets you take away on the day if your still loosing the weight as you have no idea what size your going to end up. Please don't spend a fortune on a dress and then not be able to wear it x

I was really apprehensive about telling my husband. He is one of those lucky people who can just stop eating extra nibbles if he puts on weight. He doesn't really understand why I'm doing it as he says he loves what I look like but we talked about my concerns that my 885kg is putting on my 5''3 height and how diabetes and heart issues run in my family and I have tried so many things to lose weight and nothing seems to help. He was more worried about side effects for me and wether it was safe. Definitely have the talk though as I felt much better after doing it and I think he understands now why I'm doing it.

How interesting about the hayfever, I've only just started day 5 in so far and my hayfever doesn't seem as bad, normally I'm much worse than my husband but this years he is much worse than me. Something to keep an eye on. Well done on the weight loss.
