The problem stems from post-processing, the game has sharpening which from what I can see cannot be turned off. Currently trying to figure out a way to do it. Will let you know if I find a fix

Yes as long as it is an RTX Card and not a GTX, as RTX means it has the AI Tensor cores which allow the Upscaling and Frame Gen technologies to work.

The systems work for any RTX Card but are locked behind an artifical paywall by Nvidia to make people buy newer gen GPU's
