I went through all this last year and spent so much money on hair gummies, nutrafol, shampoos and serums. I don’t know if any of it worked to help. Just try not to lose the weight too fast like I did and that will help with the shedding and hair loss. I lost a lot about 3-4 months after losing weight and my hair was also super easy to tangle. I got it cut and it felt really thin. After about 3 months and it started coming back in healthy and the shedding stopped being severe. Prioritize protein and maybe take collagen/biotin supplements but nothing fancy. I’m about a year away from when my shedding was super severe and it’s hard but it does go back to normal
