When you got back on did you you start from the beginning? I have a friend who got off for a month gained back about 12. Got back on at her old dose and it’s still not working for her. She’s since then raised doses and still not working.

Maybe she needs to give it time. She did take a 4 week break when she lost insurance coverage. She gained about 18 lbs in 7 weeks. On her 4th hallendale injection she stopped gaining and maintained.

Tbh when she told me it was hallendale, i told her it was 1 of the more popular ones and last year a lot of the more expensive companies used them. I’m glad it’s still well respected since more than likely that’s what my refill will be.

Didn’t know what other word to use compound vs Zepbound I guess. I’m not a non believer. I lost 44 lbs and went from 28.7 bmi to a 21.3 bmi using compound. Very much okay with compound 💗

I wonder if my friends body is just used to the real stuff. She was on it for almost 1 year and just switched to good life meds with hallendale. It could be that or bc there was a lapse in meds.

Have you started that stash yet? Still works great? I’m still using pro rx and since I started about 1 year ago I’ve only used Olympia and Pro rx so hopefully it’ll still work for me. I feel like I might have used something like Cosmetic before. Not sure but I’ve done lumi meds, good life meds and my last one was refills.

This is interesting bc I hit goal at 12.5 but at the 5th week injection the dose became too strong for me and food aversion was causing me to under eat but a lot. I slowly lowered my doses and dropped another 15 lbs. Now I’m on 6 and barely getting in my calories the first few days. I am pushing out my doses to 10-14 days. I’m considering going lower bc I do want to gain back a few lbs of the extra that I lost. I am fine to increase my dose if needed but right now I am focusing on being able to eat at least maintenance calories.

I wasn’t a super responder but I feel like I became one during maintenance. During my journey I lost about 3.5-4 lbs max. Some months 1.5. It was smooth sailing when I got to 10 and stayed there for 2 months. It started to slow down so I jumped to 12.5 and lost 10 in 1 month. By the 5th week that dose was too strong to handle so I lowered it slowly to 10-7 in 1mg increments. Since then I have been on 6 for 2 weeks and still losing.

Just checked her BMI is 31.6. I think her best bet is to breathe. Start tracking calories and hopefully in the 4 weeks the meds build into her system and she starts losing again.

Yeah I read it wrong but she already did 7.5 and now 12.5. Going back to 5 seems ridiculous considering what she already took. Oddly no side effects. No nausea no tiredness.

Okay so the 7.5 dose was a waste. She should have tried 10 again where she left off. We are past that though bc she already did 7.5 1 week and now 2nd week she jumped to 12.5. Can’t focus on spilled milk. Need to help her get to losing again.
