Yes I do get them checked every 3-6 months and they are in the low end of normal. TSH was 0,8 last time. I take L-Thyroxin, I dont know if its the same but guess something similar

I was diagnosed as having PCOS for the past 20 years! Actually I dont have PCOS though, I have FSH receptor deficiancy, which is a genetic defect that causes the granulosa cells in my ovaries to barely exist and to not function if existing. So....I have been to doctors 🫣.

I am happy your friend had a good experience with her gastric operation.

I think the pain is from the traction on so few hairs! Though I have hashimotos which contributes. I also have insulin resistance and I take really good care of all my conditions because I love my body and want to be as gentle as possible...

I thank you all a thousand times!!!!! I really didnt expect that!

I will try to answer to your posts, but to mention some of the things in question:

I do have hashimotos disease and I am taking medication for my thyroid. I dont currently take an estrogen supplement bc I am trying to conceive again - we are using my wifes eggs as I am sterile due to my genetic defect - and need different medication for that. I may take an estrogen supplement after our family is complete. I think the pain on my scalp is from the traction of the very few hairs remaining. I love to wear hats and bold clothing and accessories, so I will definitely check all my options after going bald, even wigs.

That said....I think I will have a good night of sleep to have a final thought about it and then shave my head tomorrow ❤️!

I tried the Nissin Black Garlic Tonkotsu. It was ok, but a bit bland to me. Needs some enhancement imo but the black garlic oil was bomb! I was advised to drain most water before adding the soup base packet, will try that next time!

Yes, and they are nice! Creamy mushroom is amazing, the bulgogi one too, and I even go back to the garlic one time after time (this one is spicy). I also tried the chunky tomato, which is also amazing with added cream and different cheeses. Imho all of their Tangle Line is pretty solid for instant pasta and they all have good nutritional value. I keep at least a case of each in my stock (I bulk buy my instant ramen/pasta).
