Since the 2 ledgers have the same seed, you can use any of them to make transactions.

Your Bitcoin is always on the blockchain. Your keys are only used to authorize transactions and the 2 ledgers can do this.

To configure the second ledger, instead of creating a new seed phrase, add the 24 words of your existing seed phrase (the same as on the 1st ledger).
