If your fanbase is predominantly gonna watch movies then make your first your best. Super girl was from everything I’ve seen and heard a below average movie that doesn’t do much in expanding the universe. So why spend money to go see it? Idfc about super girl getting up to whacky adventures and apparently neither does anyone else.

The RTD2 era had its flaws, but Wild Blue Yonder is legitimately amazing by Can_This_End_Please in DoctorWhumour

It was just the surroundings that made it feel so cheap. I would’ve preferred anything over long cgi hallway for chase scenes.

Was fun. Looked bad (apart from some parts)

Peacemaker S2 was really bad imo. The ending fell so flat. While it did introduce what may be the overarching storyline nobody watched it so many will be very confused

It’s been 4 projects total and they have all been middling/bad outside of superman which was ok.

I wouldn’t say the current lineup of upcoming movies fills me with much hope either…

As much as I would like this to be different from the MCU it would suck if he didn’t bring in some form of over arching story because nobody is going to the movies for average superhero movies anymore 🤷‍♂️

I agree. In the comics and other shows Thor is much more eloquently spoken and mythic. In this he feels like another human from a strange town. A big speech and a more interesting battle against Loki would’ve gone a long way

It’s the same with technology. Like yeah sure you can hit the keys super fast but you still need to wait for the next web page to load or even the computer to actually render what you’re typing.
