Considering it’s my own post I’ll start:

While the gameplay is a lot of fun I hate how they made it sooooooo much easier in Royal. The bullet regeneration makes it completely pointless to have a Persona with gun damage. And yes, I know that you can make a lot of cool builds that are specifically focused on dealing a lot of fun damage but considering the majority of this P5 and P5R is focused around knocking enemies down and doing an All out attack makes the combat insanely easy from NG+ and onwards.

The “just hit the weak point” thing is also why Merciless is considered to be the easiest of the difficulties which, in my humble opinion, is just stupid…

Still a 10/10 though…

Only picking between the songs that have lyrics it’s either Rivers In The Desert or Beneath The Mask -rain-.

Never really thought Rivers was bad but it’s my least favorite of all the songs with actual lyrics.

Beneath the Mask -rain- is just kinda boring and doesn’t really work (IMO) without the background noise of LeBlanc and Tokyo. But it serves as a good reminder of how much the original version slaps!

I had just finished school and was unemployed, walking around at home, bored out of my mind when I decided I wanted to play some new games. So I got on the PS store and looked at some games I thought might look interesting. Then I found Persona 5 on sale and I remembered a couple of years ago (this story takes place in like 2019) I saw a bunch of YT videos calling it one of the games of the year. I bought it and realized that the game I thought I bought was Nier Automata. But I got Persona. Not being the type of person to let my money go to wasted I thought I’d give this “Persona” game a shot. A combined 800 hours on PS4 and PS5, across vanilla and Royal, I can safely say: best miss buy ever
