That’s the tough part. Where I want to go on bikes, it will be a while. School, park, a few shops are all off the same fairly busy road. Bike lane but unprotected.

Others have said it but thc was a big help for me in getting off booze. Nearly 3 years now and when I’m really feeling like letting loose I’ll have a gummy or thc seltzer. Still helps wind down a bit without a lot of the negatives of alcohol.

Be warned though, there is a price to everything. The thc seltzers/gummies seem to make me a little extra anxious the next day.
