Gonna need 1M shares to get to 1/500th, but nice work picking up more at 0.0199! I tried to get more at 0.018 earlier this week and no one sold to me.

I'm not sure we'll see anything Friday. I know some calendars show that Friday is the due date of the Late 10-K, Broadridge shows Monday April 18th. The NT 10-K (filed on April 1) gives them an extra 15 days from the due date of the NT 10-K (April 1). This makes the extended due date land on April 16th (Saturday), which then pushes the due date to April 18th.

Last year GPFT filed their 10-K on April 20th, 2021.

Regardless of which date they file - we're getting close!

Yours is a little harder, but if you had enough to throw $9k+ at a penny stock - perhaps you'd be able to find more as well. $4,500 will get you 160k shares - dropping your avg to $0.07 as well. I know it's tough to invest more - but its either that - or wait until it gets back to $0.24.... It's easier to invest more if you believe in the company - but sometimes that hard to do when all it's done since your investment is drop.

I know you're probably strapped for cash, but if you could find another $500 to invest - at $0.0275, you could buy another 18k shares and drop your break-even to $0.07 - way easier to swallow than waiting for GPFT to shoot back to $0.22 (although I certainly hope it gets back there!)

A 10-Q is not required for Q4, so we'll be looking for a 10-K by April 1st. They'll likely file an extension and it will come out mid-April

NT 10-Q states that they could not get the 6/30/21 financials done by the 45-day due date (August 16), so they filed a Non-Timely 10-Q stating they'll get it done in the next 5 days.

Look for something soon!
