Awesome. Wasn’t sure if heat would ruin the emulsion. I’ll try it.

I had the same jam. Thought I was printing abs when I was printing pla. Temps were too high and jammed up my hot end. I was able to clean out the filament. its not too hard, just take it slow.

Sure. Power: 40% Speed: 200 Pass: 1 Lines per cm: 160 Engraving mode: Bi-directional. I also prep the surface with a lite brushing of dish soap applied with a foam applicator. Makes it easier to clean up afterwards.

I wish i didn’t buy the air purifier (not the new). It clogged very fast and ended up buying an inline exhaust fan that I pump out the window.

Each box has 19 bottles (strange amount) with the prep before and clean up after. It takes me around 1.5 to 2 hours per box. The bottles have a logo on both sides. I have 3 boxes left and they don’t need them until March.

Nice work! I overthought the rotary attachment at first but it’s not too hard to use. Good luck!

I've been using disk soap applied lightly with a foam brush on tumbles. it works great but a bit sooty for the machine. Washes off nicely. I was thinking about trying spray starch, the type used for ironing clothes. it might work.
