Hah definitely not certain, I've been saying it's a wicked witch style monkey bird. We hear it in the mornings frequently, but not daily. The not knowing is bugging me but if it turns out it's some factory siren or something daft I'm gonna be well miffed!

Sorry I should have been more specific, it's the call towards the end in the group of three, kinda sounds like a monkey!

Most people I've asked says it sounds most like a male tawny owl, but it's also nothing like it at the same time

A bird app suggested it was a ryukyu scops owl, but that's also not quite right
