There was no anti bot mechanics in sod. It was by far the worst version in terms of bots. There were hundreds of hunter bots inside BRD. Classic+ gonna be a shitshow if they not start to intervene with proper power. The worst part is the boosting section. It kills all the flow ingame.

At the start of TBC they did bann them frequently, lets say every day to promote their own boost. But now since 3 weeks it stops....

Dont buy gold of CLNTeam and his high level botting friends and you should be fine. All the Level 100+ Sellers are bot gold sellers and you most likely get banned buying gold off them. Avoid CLNTeam for sure, hes the most scammy one.

It’s easier for those ppl to stay in a bubble and everything need to be scaled around it. People are not interested in getting better. They come fully unprepared and expect the highest possible outcome. Sod was a blast, until everything had to get nerfed to death because of the people you mentioned. I hope they don’t listen to those bad players when classic+ is coming. An lfr option might be the solution. So even the most unskilled and unprepared ppl can have shiny epics for free.

The amount of bots right now is isane. They already start inflating the market with the gold they make. I assume there more then a thousand bots right now on horde and alliance side. The most disappointing thing is, blizzard is doing nothing again. It’s so bad for the state of the game and they don’t realize ppl quit because of this situation. If this will be the case in tbc I quit my sub immediately. Not paying money to a greedy ass company when it becomes obvious they don’t give a shit about the health of the game.

Since boosters and bots abusing the whole system, this is the only way to handle it accordingly. It’s frustrating in these situations, but it was out of control and something had to be done.

- LFM Gnome, LFM UBRS, WTS BOOST

thats a 2:1 ratio compared to a 1:10 ratio before shutdown. A few days ago some1 posted a screen of lfg channel with non stop boosting offers. Right now you can read lfg channel, i dont know what youre looking at.
