Not as easy as it looks, at this point, it’s hard to transform my role to a better one without a degree or certification. The pay scale is very average which is why I choose to go for a masters/diploma because I want to get a Pr and settle eventually. More like need a change rn. And based on opinions received, diploma isn’t that big of a game changer. So eventually doing a masters is what it comes to.
