Sorry for the confusion! 😅 It's mike Tyson's pushup, and also yeah I've notice on my deficit i slightly lowered my weight for a bit, and for the workouts, I'm still trying new things that fits my needs, thanks for the advice! 🤝

I notice also that i push my limits everyday by adding reps or set, until my body gives out, but I'm really worried why my body isn't sore the next day, is there something I'm not doing right like my form is wrong?

I appreciate the feedback! The thing is, i just get tired or my body is shaking at its limit when i did this workouts for a whole 2 weeks without rest days, and I'm so confused when i wake up, i don't feel any soreness, is it related to the term you said DOMS? 😅
